In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in bold on their first use in each clause.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on 999sl. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

To access the Services, you must complete the 999sl registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 999sl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 999sl Account immediately after registration. Navigate to Account Settings → Security to activate this feature. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
999sl operates a mandatory KYC verification program. You may be required to submit the following documents at registration or at any point during your membership:
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit and withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. 999sl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 999sl may immediately suspend the Account, void any pending bets or transactions, and withhold any Balance held in the Account pending investigation.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No foreign-exchange conversion fee is applied by 999sl. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees; 999sl is not responsible for third-party transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. The majority of deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are confirmed within two minutes of payment. 999sl does not guarantee processing times for deposits that are subject to third-party banking delays.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 999sl finance team within the timeframes listed below. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of WIB business hours may be processed on the next available business cycle.
Important: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 999sl Account. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined and the funds returned to the Account Balance. This policy is a mandatory anti-money laundering (AML) control.
999sl reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Additionally, any Balance derived from Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before it is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money Balance accrued through genuine gameplay (excluding bonus-derived funds) is not subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
All Account Balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Large amounts are formatted with a period as the thousands separator per Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 1.000.000 = one million Rupiah). Amounts below Rp 1.000 are expressed as whole numbers.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 999sl are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified on each individual promotion page. As a general guide:
999sl monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear a bonus, coordinating bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by 999sl. Where bonus abuse is identified, 999sl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the Account.
To claim a promotion, you must opt in via the Promotions section of your Account before making the qualifying deposit or action. Retroactive bonus applications will not be accepted. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
999sl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with 48 hours' notice where practicable. Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account at the time of modification will remain subject to the terms in force at the time they were credited.
Each game category on 999sl — including sportsbook, live casino (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack), slots, and any other product — operates under its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. By participating, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
All sportsbook bets placed on 999sl — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (mix parlay, a multi-leg accumulator popular among Indonesian football bettors) wagers — are final once confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your Balance in the following circumstances: a sporting event is abandoned or postponed beyond 48 hours; a technical error causes an incorrect price to be offered; or a game result cannot be officially confirmed within 72 hours of the scheduled end time. Voided bet stakes are returned as real-money Balance without wagering requirements.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, per day, and per product category. These limits are published in the 999sl Sportsbook rules section and within each casino game. 999sl reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Member at its discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, 999sl reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. 999sl will not be liable for losses caused by system or technical errors that are beyond its reasonable control.

999sl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if 999sl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
999sl shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations, where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
999sl reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the 999sl support team at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). 999sl may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Accounts until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Member. Members will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999sl holds its international gaming license. Any claim against 999sl arising under these Terms & Conditions must be submitted within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
